Dr. McCune currently is a partner at Nephrology Associates of Tidewater in Norfolk, Virginia where he commonly treats patients with diabetes complications, severe hypertension and genetic disorders such as polycystic kidney disease. Dr. McCune serves as the Primary Physician for the Pancreas Transplant Program at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital and Medical Director of Fresenius Kidney Care of Greater Norfolk. In addition, Dr. McCune is an Associate Professor of Medicine, Chair of the Division of Nephrology, and Fellowship Program Director at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk. Beyond caring for his patients, Dr. McCune has impressively served his country for over 30 years in the Army Reserve and National Guard. In 2016 he retired as a Colonel in the Medical Corps.

Dr. Greco is currently a Nephrologist at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and an Assistant Professor of Medicine-Nephrology at Ohio State University College of Medicine.  Dr. Greco leads and manages a Glomerular Disease Transition clinic and a Transplant Transition clinic and has provided a presentation at the Ohio Symposium of the National Kidney Foundation titled “Helping Pediatric Patients Transition to Adult Care in ESRD and Transplant.”

Michael Filsinger, MPA, PA-C is a Medical Science Liaison at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Development & Commercialization, Inc. (OPDC). Michael earned his Bachelor of Health Care Sciences as well as Master of Physician Assistant at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. Following his graduate training, Michael went on to complete a Pediatric Surgery Residency at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC Prior to joining Otsuka, Michael spent the last 15 years working in solid organ transplant in Charlotte, NC where he developed a passion for improving the care of patients with renal disease and ESKD.

Kimberly Means, PharmD, BCCCP, BSN, RN, is a Medical Science Liaison at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Development & Commercialization, Inc. (OPDC).  Dr Means earned her B.S. in Nursing (BSN) and her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in Richmond, Virginia.  She completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and a PGY-2 Critical Care Residency at VCU Health in Richmond, Virginia.  Prior to joining Otsuka, she worked as a critical care nurse at VCU Health, a Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist at Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, and a Clinical Pharmacist in Surgical Services at VCU Health.  During her time as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the VCU School of Pharmacy and VCU Health she served as a preceptor for pharmacy students and pharmacy residents.  Dr Means is a Board Certified Critical Care Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCCCP).
