COVID-19 & Racism: The Impact Of Two Pandemics On Nephrology Care

Did you know that COVID-19 is affecting Black, Indigenous, Latinx and other people of color more than Caucasians? Did you know that in the United States, Black people are dying at 2.5 times the rate of White people?1

Please join us for a virtual panel discussion, led by nephrology and mental health experts from across the country, where you can hear about the intersectional effects of COVID-19 on both patients and the mental health of providers. Panelists will highlight the structural inequities that have led to racial disparities in both COVID-19 and nephrology care and discuss potential solutions to help bridge the gap.
