Diet Management In Autosomal Dominant Polycystic Kidney Disease (ADPKD): Ketogenic Diet – Part 3

Part 1 of this series described the fact that ADPKD is a metabolic reprogramming disease, which may benefit from novel diet strategies such as a ketogenic diet. Part 2 of this 3- part series discussed the use of a Plant-Focused Ketogenic Diet (PFKD) program for improved ADPKD outcomes. In Part 3 of this series, we will focus on meal planning, meal preparation and a food demonstration describing a “day in the life” when following a Plant-Focused Ketogenic Diet.
